Shemer Sendak is the principal of SENDAK Law Office.
Shemer acts for Israeli and US based entrepreneurs and corporations, both on Israeli and US related matters.
Shemer has extensive experience advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, venture capital and cross-border transactions.
Prior to establishing SENDAK Law Office, Shemer worked at Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM), where he practiced M&A, private equity and venture capital, projects and energy. Prior to joining ERM, Shemer worked in the corporate department of Golenbock Eiseman Assor Bell & Peskoe LLP in New York, where he advised private equity funds, private and public corporations, limited liability companies and individuals.
Shemer is licensed to practice in Israel and the State of New York. Shemer is fluent both in Hebrew and English.
Raffi Brown’s practice focuses mainly on corporate and commercial law.
Raffi represents entrepreneurs, start-ups and technology based companies on a wide range of international commercial transactions and provides on-going legal advice concerning clients’ business operations.
Raffi has gained significant experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in the online services, e-commerce and media fields and has represented companies and leading venture capital funds in equity financing transactions, technology incubators, restructuring and mergers and acquisitions.
Raffi began his career as a corporate associate in Meitar Liquornik Geva Leshem Tal and later as an associate in the Hi-Tech department of Matry Meiri and Co.
Raffi is fluent in both Hebrew and English
Rivka is an associate in the firm, focusing on corporate and general commercial law.
Prior to joining SENDAK Law Office, Rivka worked at Gross, Orad, Schlimoff & Co. Law Offices where she practiced commercial law. Prior to that, she interned at Shibolet & Co., where she specialized in capital markets and general commercial law. Rivka had also gained experience as an intern at Uri Rozen & Co. Law Offices, where she practiced venture capital and international transactions.
Rivka is fluent in both Hebrew and English.
Ayelet Shuber is a US-licensed associate and articled clerk focused primarily on corporate and high-tech law. She works with startups and technology-based companies in all aspects of corporate, venture capital, securities and commercial transactions.
Prior to joining Sendak Law Office, Ayelet practiced law at one of New York’s leading law firms. During the course of her career, Ayelet has represented commercial clients in complex and international business law transactions and gained commercial and securities experience on multimillion dollar litigation.
Ayelet is licensed to practice law in New York and Florida, and is admitted to practice before the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida.
Ayelet is fluent in Hebrew, English and Spanish
